This Refund Policy explains how HeyAIBuddy handles payments for monthly plans and one-time credit purchases.

Summary: Plan purchases and credit top-ups are final. They are not refunded for a change of mind, unused credits, or time left in the current period.

1. Plans and top-ups

Monthly plan purchases and one-time credit top-ups are final once paid. We do not refund unused credits or the unused part of a billing period.

2. Cancellation

The period you already paid for stays active until it ends. That period is not refunded. You do not need to send a cancellation request.

3. Non-refundable situations

Refunds are not issued in the following cases:

A change of mind, or dissatisfaction with the service or AI-generated content.
Unused credits, or the unused part of a billing period.
One-time credit top-up purchases.
Technical problems, including problems with a device or connection.
Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service.

This policy does not limit a refund right that the law where you live requires.

Payments are processed by Stripe.
